Rarely are you able to find a great dentist practice that takes a dental HMO. I found Premier on Delta Dental’s web site and decided to give them a call. It was SUPER EASY to make an appointment, and the staff was incredibly pleasant. The initial exam was thorough, and my two fillings were done professionally, with care, and with no pain. I need a bunch of other work done, and the office manager was patient and clear in explaining everything and planning the next stages… i could not give them a stronger recommendation… Just a supplement to my previous review… I just have to say that you shouldn’t look anywhere else. The quality of care at Premiere, the support in care planning, the friendliness of everyone in the office… the place is just awesome!!!! I truly would never consider going anywhere else… ~ Joshua K

I’ve had an excellent experience here. Everyone on staff is professional and they made me feel very comfortable since I get anxious. I had a lot of work that needed to be done, including a bridge and crowns on the front teeth. Since the crowns are on front teeth, I hoped it would turn out okay. Dr. Falk and the other dentist did such an amazing job. I’m very pleased and can smile again instead of hiding it. I’m very grateful. I was impressed right away with the initial exam being so thorough. We discussed a treatment plan. I like how they presented options and listened to my input. They worked so well with my insurance to make this less expensive. I would highly recommend Premiere Dental to anyone. ~ Shannon S

Premier Dental is awesome! Everyone from the front desk, the office manager, the dental assistants, the hygienist and especially Dr. Lutz is amazing. They are super friendly and make you feel so comfortable! Dr Lutz is the best in my eyes. I originally went to him for a second opinion and it was the BEST decision I made. He explained what he could do to help my issue and set up a treatment plan. He did everything he said he would and I couldn't be happier! I have another round of treatment that I will need to schedule soon and I know Dr Lutz will do what he can to make sure I am satisfied. I would recommend this office to anyone who is looking for a good caring staff. ~ Diane G

As someone with a busy schedule and just overall busy life I love that premiere dental of northeast always makes me feel like I’m right at home with a time spot that works for both me and the institution. The Invisalign process at premiers dental has really changed my life and if it weren’t for premiere dental I wouldn’t be so grateful for having teeth that actually flow Properly! After my wisdom teeth surgery at another location I was skeptical to see if my teeth would go back to normal considering slight over lapping due to the space but with their suggestion of Invisalign and routine checkups; my teeth are finally back in the spaces they should be and better then ever. Not to mention the wonderful staff that has helped me throughout the years. If you’re looking for a dentist office that will work with you and be honest this is the place :) ~ Keith D

This is the place to go for your dental needs. They are so patient, friendly , professional, knowledgeable, and understanding. The facility is very clean and the waiting area is nice and comfortable. From the time I walked through the door to the end of my visit. I was greeted with a smile from the front desk receptionist. I was called to the back immediately and the hygienist Pam helped me during the entire time. I was so nervous from my past experiences with other dentist offices but Pam took her time and walked me through everything she was going to do and was very gentle. The Dentist came in to exam me as well and he was very friendly and helpful. Overall, I am very satisfied. ~ Erica W

I would totally recommend this practice to any and everyone. I found them through my provider and decided to give them a try and I am 100% pleased with the service I received. I am introverted and most times find it hard to freely communicate with people, especially new people; besides that, I haven’t been to the dentist in years so I was kind of nervous but everyone at the office were so nice (plus the office is nice and clean). Pam made me feel so comfortable. She was very nice and professional. She listened to and addressed all my concerns, talked me through everything she was doing ( she even educated me on a few things). I felt so comfortable talking to her because she made me feel so comfortable. I am due back in four weeks to get some other stuff done and I’m looking forward to meeting with Pam again. I hadn’t been to a dentist in 4 years, partly out of fear and partly out of stubbornness. Around Christmas my tooth started to really hurt. I tried home remedies until I realized I needed to get to a dentist. I went for an emergency appointment and got the tooth extracted. 2 weeks later I went for my regular check up and cleaning. They make you feel at ease and the office doesn’t have that dentist office smell that hits you when you first walk in. Dr. Brenna put me at ease from day 1 and I will highly recommend her to anyone needing a new dentist. ~ Mike B

Primera vez que fui, me gustó mucho desde la recepcionista muy amable me ayudo mucho. Luego La Niña que hace los RX, amable, cuidadosa y del doctor Moreno excelente me hizo una resina en un diente del frente perfecta no se nota y el color igual a mi diente, explica bien el procedimiento y da buenas sugerencias para el cuidado bucal. Today premier dental came threw big time again I had emergency during the night called office at 905am the young lady called me back to come in at 10 am the dental assistant was fabulous and the dentist as well they worked very hard to help me and kept my comfort as well went well beyond what I expected but they always do well everytime I say there very good they seem to do even better especially in times that are difficult thank you all of you especially the dentist and his assistant Joe y northeast Philly ~ Joseph y

I was fortunate enough to be under the care of Dr. Suyog Tank and his team. I was scheduled for a root canal in october 2023 but during the procedure Dr. Tank made the discovery that this wouldn’t be a long term solution. He talked me through everything and decided that the best decision would be an extraction and the placement of a bone graph. I appreciate him prioritizing my health. Dr. Tank and his dental assistant Irma were extremely comforting, patient, and professional through my anxiety and high blood pressure. ~ Maritza E

The first time I contacted Premiere Dental I had broken a corner of my tooth off. Discovered that the dental office I had been going to no longer accepted my insurance. I contacted Premiere Dental and they were able to take care of me that day! All of the staff are very nice and always accommodating! I normally see Dr. Lutz and I cannot say enough about him! Am definitely not a fan of dentists, but Dr. Lutz has changed that feeling! Would recommend Premiere Dental to anyone looking for a dentist or a change!!!! ~ Barbara L

Very personable , friendly staff . The office is immaculate and the waiting area is comfortable. I was able to obtain appointments that fit my schedule without any difficulty. The wait time in the office was under 15 minutes to see the Dentist. The Doctor showed the upmost concern for my health being that I’ve had a knee replacement and am required to pre med before visits. I’ve had another Dental practice for a number of years, but this Doctor and his wonderful staff are far superior. ~ e m

I have been going to this office for about 7 years now. I stayed when new owners took over which is now Premier Dental. I have seen most of the staff there for cleanings and other work and have always had a great experience. Today I had to have a little more done and was a little anxious going in. Dr. Tank did my dental work and he was amazing to say the least. I felt very calm once he started. He was thorough and patient. I would recommend this office to everyone. ~ Nicole P

Dr. Rooney is a very pleasant dentist. I am a nervous wreck when it comes to going to the dentist, but Dr. Rooney and her staff made me feel very comfortable and eased my nervousness! I went in for my New Patient Exam and all of my dental problems were quickly identified and a plan to fix them was set in place. I have 3 separate appointments to do the dental work and I feel very comfortable and at ease knowing that I am in good hands. I highly recommend Dr. Rooney!! :) ~ Al A

Very professional staff . Pam had been my dental hygienist for over 13 years. All of the staff are very professional. My appointment was at 11:00 and I was taken in at exactly 11:00 a.m. I saw a new young lady today named lysa and she was wonderful I had my teeth cleaned they were right on time she was very sweet and respectful . first time I met a different Dr and he was very nice. Overall it was a 100% good experience for a dentist office I highly recommend them ~ Ruth A

I was very much Nervous since I am haveing many problems with my teeth.I am also very much a chicken. Everyone was Very nice to me! I still need to go back a few more times to get some work done. After Literally Years of Bad Dentist, Bad advice , Horrible work done to me in the past, I am feeling Confident things will work out for the good this time! Awesome! I moved here from out of state and have extensive dentalwork. Courtney gave me probably the best cleaning I’ve ever had. Since then, I needed several crowns, and Dr Lutz went out of his way to make sure the experience was pain free and as easy as possible. Everything, from insurance and financing options to 3D imaging, was handled swiftly and professionally, and everyone there is friendly! I don’t write reviews often, Premiere Dental has exceeded my expectations. ~ Michael

Let me start by saying I needed quite a bit of dental work to be done and going to the dentist is not my favorite thing. I choose Premier Dental due to reasonable rates and the knowledge the Dentist provided upon my first consultation. I just felt comfortable! After this I decided to have them do multiple implants as well my routine cleanings and filling of cavities. I have not had any issues to date and the staff is always friendly! Self confessed FORMER dental coward here… Due to a really bad experience, the last time I was at a dentist was almost 25 years ago when I was 19 years old. Fast forward to last month, I bit into something and, JUST LIKE THAT, 25 years of neglect caught up to me in one really painful instant. My tooth was broken and I was in pain. This happened on a Friday & the dentist my parents recommended was closed on Fridays. I remembered a card that was delivered to my house for Premiere Dental and luckily, I still had it. I called the NE office and they squeezed me in for that day. THANKFULLY. I’ve now gone back four times, including a cleaning, 3 root canals, a filling and a wisdom tooth extraction. I knew pretty much right away, meeting the girls in the office and Dr. Tank, that I was in good hands. And I’ve never looked back! Thanks to the amazing staff of assistants and hygienists, the absolutely delightful office manager Jessica and Dr. Tank, whose hands are both steady and gentle at the same time, I’m 100% no longer afraid of the dentist!!! This happens to be the best dentist I’ve been too. And I am extremely scared of the dentist. Staff is super friendly and helpful. They make everything a whole lot easier. Within 2 weeks I gotten almost everything done. From the first time I came in with pain from avoiding the dentist. They helped me the very first day by extracting 2 of my teeth on the spot. Of course I wasn’t prepared, but they made me feel comfortable from the jump!! ~ Isaac B

I had doctor tank and his assistant and I think both of them worked really hard to make sure I was comfortable and gave me breaks when I needed , my tooth was not the easiest tooth to come out!!! Theyeven change the radio station to music I like to make me feel more comfortable which I thought was great I think they did an excellent job and I'm a real wimp when it comes to going to the dentist. My husband kadion got some work done in this office. The ladies at the front desk are very welcoming. The staff overall is very nice and friendly. Dr Lutz is the BEST. The appointment was on time,the nurse was good ,the dentist did a really great job, she had her hands full with this extraction as it was very fragile,they handled it well than you Doctor Patel and that nice aid you have with you very polite, I would recommend anyone, I must admitted I was a bit scared but they made me feel very comfortable,and trust me I’m so scared of needles,thanks again Premier Dentist.. ~ Lorna H
