Rarely are you able to find a great dentist practice that takes a dental HMO. I found Premier on Delta Dental’s web site and decided to give them a call. It was SUPER EASY to make an appointment, and the staff was incredibly pleasant. The initial exam was thorough, and my two fillings were done professionally, with care, and with no pain. I need a bunch of other work done, and the office manager was patient and clear in explaining everything and planning the next stages… i could not give them a stronger recommendation… Just a supplement to my previous review… I just have to say that you shouldn’t look anywhere else. The quality of care at Premiere, the support in care planning, the friendliness of everyone in the office… the place is just awesome!!!! I truly would never consider going anywhere else… ~ Joshua K
Today I had another pain free visit with Dr. Luts and his assistant Irva! As we work through my treatment plan I have the utmost confidence with them, they are a great team and work extremely well together! I have some pretty complex stuff going on and they handle it with ease with no discomfort whatsoever. Even the novocaine injections were quite tolerable. Dr. Luts is as gentle as possible. They turn the massage dental chair on and i must say it takes my mind off of whats going on. Just another testament to this modern equipped office. Its a clean and well run office. The receptionists are very nice and welcoming, they are very knowledgeable on working with insurance companies and scheduling around the my needs. For me the big takeaway is pain free dentistry combined with the latest technology to get the best outcome. I can't say enough about this practice. ~ Dennis H
I’ve had an excellent experience here. Everyone on staff is professional and they made me feel very comfortable since I get anxious. I had a lot of work that needed to be done, including a bridge and crowns on the front teeth. Since the crowns are on front teeth, I hoped it would turn out okay. Dr. Falk and the other dentist did such an amazing job. I’m very pleased and can smile again instead of hiding it. I’m very grateful. I was impressed right away with the initial exam being so thorough. We discussed a treatment plan. I like how they presented options and listened to my input. They worked so well with my insurance to make this less expensive. I would highly recommend Premiere Dental to anyone. ~ Shannon S
